Change the following line:
cvspserver 2401/tcp #cvs pserver
to
cvspserver {new port}/tcp #cvs pserver

# svcadm disable svc:/network/cvspserver/tcp:default
# svcadm enable svc:/network/cvspserver/tcp:default
